How Do You Ship Frozen?

All frozen food orders are shipped directly from our production facility in Cannon Falls, Minnesota where our team prepares and packs every product with care. Frozen foods are packed into biodegradable and/or recyclable coolers then packed with dry ice, so it remains frozen when it gets to you. Shipping is via UPS.

MOST frozen food shipments are Monday through Wednesday to avoid your product getting held up over the weekend. The last thing you want is for it to get stuck on a truck over the weekend! However, if the destination is not too far from Cannon Falls, we are able to ship some items after Wednesday.

How are You Shipping Dehydrated and Treats?

Dehydrated food and treats are shipped on a daily basis via ground delivery. Time in transit is between 1 and 5 business days.

Where Do You Ship?

For our full raw line, we currently ship to the contiguous USA. No shipping available for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Frozen food is calculated during checkout to give you an accurate rate to your destination. Frozen food does need to be delivered in 2-3 days to insure it stays frozen. Ground shipping is generally between $15.00 and $20.00 per case of frozen food (3 lb cases & Grinds). Our 6 lb cases of food ship via UPS ground for free. Flat rate of $25.00 for 2 Day Air shipping per box.

Our standard rate for dehydrated food & treats is $4.99 for purchases under $49.00. Ground shipping is free for dehydrated product purchases over $49.00.

How Long Will Shipping Take?

Typically ground shipments take 1-4 days. All frozen shipments are scheduled to deliver within two-three days. Shipments are direct from our facility located in Cannon Falls, MN. Once a shipping label is created, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to track your package.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as frozen food cannot be returned.
