As Production Manager, she oversees production planning, batch consistency, food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance—ensuring every product meets Raw Bistro’s uncompromising quality standards.

May’s nearly 10 years with Raw Bistro reflect her passion for teamwork, precision, and doing things right. Outside the plant, she enjoys cooking for family and friends, and both of her children have followed in her footsteps and now work at Raw Bistro as well.
