With over 25 years in the human food industry—including her experience as owner of G.O. Fresh, a Minneapolis-based company specializing in pre-cut fruits and vegetables—Pat built Raw Bistro from the ground up around the same standards of quality and care that define great human food.
Her leadership and food-industry expertise ensure every Raw Bistro recipe begins with responsibly sourced, farm-fresh ingredients and minimal processing.
